What does a House Inspection involve?
One of BuildQual‘s team of independent professionals will complete a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the entire house, to enable us to provide you with a detailed property report. In this report, we will explain any structural issues, major and minor repair work, and any other problems that we detect.
When we conduct a pre-purchase building inspection, our qualified inspectors cover the entire dwelling, working methodically through a detailed NZS4306:2005 compliant checklist.

From there, you can make a decision about purchasing the house in question, based on factual data. You will also be able to share this report with your bank and/or insurance company, if required.
